So you have a problem getting our programs to run? No worry, we have compiled below a list of the most common problems. Do not forget to also read the documentation (Stock Manager, Highway Manager, CurrCalc Conduit, Weather Manager) as sometimes spending 5 minutes looking over the docs will clear most misunderstandings. There is also a FAQ (Frequently Asked Questions) for Stock Manager that explains, for example, how to find the correct stock symbols for use in the program.

If you decide that you need to contact us then dont forget to include the following information:

• You MUST send us your synchronization log so that we can determine accurately the source of this problem (see how to do this) (NOTE: support requests without a copy of the log can not be answered).
• Be specific about the nature of your problem, (e.g.: are you having problems with the desktop synchronization or the direct stock update?).
• What platform you are using (Palm OS® or Pocket PC?), and if a desktop problem, are you using Windows or a Machintosh?
• What version of the software?
• What language?

  Problems with Weather Manager? Get Weather Manager v4.0 ! Make sure that you completely delete the previous version and all the old country databases. Install v4.0 and re-download the new country databases.

  Problems with the European stock update? Get Stock Manager v4.49!
